  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included for a full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or custom products, clearance items, and perishable goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@montelunie.com or call us at 925-399-7160. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped.
  • Return Address: We will provide you with the return address once your return is authorized. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the product was defective.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us for assistance. Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns, with a new order being placed once the original item is returned.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, along with a prepaid return label for the damaged product.
  • For damaged items, please keep the original packaging, as it may be required for the return process.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
